Claire Edwardes, marimba and Jason Noble, clarinet.
This was an intriguing concert with such an unusual combination of instruments; the unique mellow timbre of Claire’s marimba was wrapped in the velvet tones from Jason’s bass clarinet, expressed through a charming program which included composers such as Ross Edwards and Gerard Brophy.
